We refer to the announcements made 5 February 2021, 3 March 2021, 4 March 2021, 17 March 2021, 5 April 2021, 28 April 2021, 5 May 2021, 25 May 2021 and 1 June 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed on 2 June 2021 following the issuance and listing of 150,821,700 Placement Shares on 2 June 2021. The Company had on 6 May 2021 issued and listed 85,217,300 Placement Shares pursuant to the Private Placement, being the 1st tranche of the Placement Shares.
As such, the Company wishes to inform that 236,039,000 Vizione Shares under the Private Placement have been fully issued and the Company has raised a total of RM44,485,560 from the Private Placement.
