1.     Announcement dated 20 May 2021 in respect of the rejection of the application of further extension of time by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to submit the

        Company’s Regularisation Plan.

2.    Announcement on 20 May 2021 in respect of the suspension of the trading in the securities of Comcorp with effect from 31 May 2021 and de-listing of the securities of the

       Company on 2 June 2021 unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 28 May 2021.

3.    Announcement on 28 May 2021 in respect of the Company’s submission of appeal against the de-listing of the securities of the Company.
