Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 8 September 2020, 10 September 2020, 25 September 2020, 2 November 2020, 11 November 2020, 30 November 2020, 2 December 2020 and 3 December 2020 ("Announcements") in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, all definitions and terms set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On 3 December 2020, the Company had completed the Private Placement, raising gross proceeds of RM86,900,000.00 therefrom. As at the date hereof, the total proceeds raised from the Private Placement have been fully utilised. In respect of the utilisation of such proceeds, the Company wishes to announce the variations, details of which are set out in the attachment.
