We refer to the announcement made on 22 February 2021 in relation to the Information Memorandum of NTB dated 18 February 2021 (“Information Memorandum”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Information Memorandum shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of NTB, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.15 per Share.
The issue price of RM0.15 per Share was arrived at after taking into consideration of the factors set out in Section 2.4 of the Information Memorandum, the current market sentiment as well as the feedback from potential investors.
