We refer to the announcements made by INARI dated 21 May 2021 and RHBIB dated 24 May 2021 pursuant to a special single tier dividend of 1.8 sen per ordinary share (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020, no adjustments will be made to INARI-C75 pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of INARI-C75. |
