Any adjustments to be made pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants shall be dependent on the price of the Shares immediately prior to the ex-date for the Proposed Free Warrants. Any adjustments will take effect from 9.00 am on 9 June 2021, being the first day of dealings in the Shares on an ex-entitlement basis. We will make an announcement on the final adjustments to VS-C51 on the last market day on which the Shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis. This announcement is dated 8 June 2021. |
