The Board of Directors of GPP (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Companies Commission of Malaysia had approved GPP’s application for an extension of time to hold its 3rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and to lodge its financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 for up to 90 days in accordance with Sections 340(4) and 259(2) of the Companies Act 2016, respectively.

The Board will continue to monitor the evolving situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia and the relevant Standard Operating Procedures implemented by the authorities during the movement control period and will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the 3rd AGM of the Company. Accordingly, the Notice of 3rd AGM of the Company together with the Proxy Form and/or Notification to Shareholders, will be issued in due course.
