Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 08 December 2020 and Supplementary Information Memorandum dated 24 May 2021 issued by RTS Technology Holdings Berhad.

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is an Excluded Issue within the meaning of Section 230 of the CMSA in conjunction with the listing of RTS Technology Holdings Berhad on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures.
