We refer  to your  Company’s  announcement dated 8 June 2021 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. The date on which  K-One Group was appointed  as the authorized representative of Anhui Kangda Medical Products Co. Ltd for the sale of the LDV Syringe (“Appointment”).
  2. Duration of the Appointment, its commencement and expiry dates, whether renewable and if so, for how long.
  3. Financial effects of the Appointment on K-One Group.
  4. A statement on whether the directors, major shareholders or persons connected with a director or major shareholder, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Appointment, and the nature and extent of their interests.

The Board of Directors of K-One Tech wishes to announce the following additional information in reply to Bursa’s query:

 

1) K-One MediTech Sdn Bhd was appointed as an authorized representative of Anhui Kangda Medical Products Co. Ltd for the LDV syringes consisting of 1ml and 3 ml respectively with each having six different combinations of needle gauges and lengths on 25 February 2021.

 

2) The Appointment for the indicated LDV syringes was effective on 25 February 2021 and has no expiry date.  

 

3) The Appointment does not have any material impact on the issued capital and net assets of the K-One Group. However, with MDA's approval of the indicated LDV syringes for sale in Malaysia, it is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. 

 

4) None of the directors and/or major shareholders of K-One Tech or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect with the Appointment.
