The Board of Directors of Plenitude wishes to announce that Cipriani Sdn Bhd ("CSB"), a wholly-owned inactive subsidiary of Plenitude, which was placed under Members’ Voluntarily Winding-Up on 28 October 2020, had on 10 June 2021 held a final meeting with approval duly resolved for the dissolution of CSB towards the completion of liquidation. CSB will be dissolved after the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the final meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of CSB does not have material effect on the earnings, gearing or net assets of Plenitude for the financial year ending 30 June 2021.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of Plenitude or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
