We refer to the announcements dated 2 February 2021, 4 February 2021, 8 February 2021, 7 May 2021, 18 May 2021 and 24 May 2021 in relation to the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants, Creditor Capitalisation and SIS (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
