Further to the Company’s announcement on 31 May 2021 in relation to the postponement of the Fifty-Third Annual General Meeting (“Postponed 53rd AGM”) of the Company, the Company wishes to announce that it has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) on 10 June 2021 and was granted an automatic approval for extension of time to hold its Postponed 53rd AGM and lodge its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 and Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports thereon (“Audited Financial Statements and Reports”)  for a period of ninety (90) days from their original expiry dates in accordance with Section 340(4) and Section 259(2) of the Companies Act 2016. 

With the extension of time of ninety (90) days granted by the CCM, the Company has to hold its Postponed 53rd AGM latest by 28 September 2021 and thereafter, to lodge its Audited Financial Statements and Reports within thirty (30) days from the date of the Postponed 53rd AGM with the CCM.
