Pursuant to Paragraphs 14.03 (1)(b) and 14.09 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Berjaya Food Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce the dealing in securities of the Company by Dato' Lee Kok Chuan ("DLKC"), a director of Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd, a major subsidiary of the Company, as set out in the table below.
