Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of MDGM wishes to announce that the aggregate value transacted of the RRPTs entered into between MDGM and/or its subsidiaries (“MDGM Group”) with Mr D.I.Y. International Holding Ltd (“MDIH") and its subsidiaries (“MDIH Group”), and companies connected with the Directors/Major Shareholders of MDGM, for the period from 1 February 2021 to 8 June 2021 has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of MDGM Group’s net assets based on the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
