Issuance of up to 174,132,912 free warrants in Comfort Gloves Berhad ("CGB") ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing Ordinary Shares held in CGB as at 5.00 p.m. on 24 June 2021
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 23 Jun 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 24 Jun 2021

Remarks:-  The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
