Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 10 May 2021, 3 June 2021 and 4 June 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 11 June 2021, resolved to approve the listing and quotation for up to 122,641,831 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:-

1. EDEN and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; 
3. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and
4. Payment of outstanding additional listing fee based on the market value of the Placement Shares to be listed, if applicable. In this respect, the Company is required to furnish Bursa Securities a cheque drawn to the order of Bursa Securities for the outstanding listing fee together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of fees payable.
