Amid the evolving Covid-19 situation and following with the implementation of the Movement Control Order 3.0 by the Government of Malaysia to curb the surge of Covid-19 outbreak, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 21 May 2021 granted additional temporary relief measures which include a 1-month extension for the listed issuers to issue the quarterly results and annual reports which are originally due on 31 May 2021 and 30 June 2021 respectively.

On 28 May 2021, the Government of Malaysia announced a fully lockdown ("FMCO") in Malaysia starting from 1 June 2021 to 14 June 2021, which has now been extended to 28 June 2021. 

In consideration of the challenges facing, in particular attesting the auditied financial statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2021 before a Commissioner for Oaths during FMCO, the Board of Directors of POLY wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities in the issuance of the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 28 February 2021 ("AR 2021"). The Company's AR 2021 will be issued on or before the extended due date i.e. 31 July 2021.
