We refer to the Company’s announcement made on 21 May 2021 in relation to the Notice of 21st AGM of the Company to be held at the Broadcast Venue at Executive Lounge, Third Floor, Encorp Berhad, No. 46-3, Jalan PJU 5/22, Pusat Perdagangan Kota Damansara, Kota Damansara PJU 5, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on 23 June 2021 at 3.00 p.m.

On 28 May 2021, a statement was issued by the Prime Minister’s Office subsequent to the special meeting of the National Security Council where the decision was made to implement the imposition of total lockdown under Movement Control Order 3.0 from 1 June 2021 to 14 June 2021 to curb the spread of the COVID-19 infections in Malaysia. The Government has on 11 June 2021 further announced that the total lockdown will be extended by two weeks from 15 June 2021 to 28 June 2021.

Pursuant to the extension of time granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Company to hold its 21st AGM not later than 28 September 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company after having taken due consideration, has decided to postpone the Company's 21st AGM to a later date which will be notified in due course.

As a precautionary measure for the safety of all participants involving in convening the 21st AGM, the Board of Directors of the Company will continue to monitor the evolving situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia before fixing a new date for the Company's 21st AGM.
