We refer to the announcements dated 1 April 2021, 2 April 2021, 28 April 2021, 25 May 2021 and 11 June 2021 as well as the circular to the shareholders of SRHB dated 6 May 2021 in relation to the Bonus Issue. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements and the circular to the shareholders of SRHB shall apply herein.
