Unless otherwise defined, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements dated 6 November 2020, 8 February 2021 and 17 February 2021, 4 March 2021 and 12 April 2021 in relation to the above Civil Suit.

The Board of AME wishes to announce that the grounds of judgment from the High Court had been received and the Court of Appeal had on 15 June 2021 given the following directions:

1. the hearing for the appeal is fixed on 5 August 2021;
2. Parties are to file written submissions and bundle of authorities on 5 July 2021;
3. Parties are to file written submissions in reply (if any) 14 days before the hearing; and
4. the next case management is fixed on 5 July 2021 which will be conducted by way of e-review.

Further announcement would be made should there be any material development on this matter.
