Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 31 May 2021 in respect of the Notice of 27th AGM scheduled to be held at the Arcadia lll, Level 3, Hotel Armada, Lot 6, Lorong Utara C, Section 52, 46200 Petaling Jaya , Selangor Darul Ehsan on Tuesday , 29 June 2021 at 11.00 a.m.

On 28 May 2021, the Prime Minister's Office announced the implementation of the Phase 1 Full Movement Control Order (" FMCO") nationwide for a period of 14 days from 01 to 14 June 2021 to curb the sharp increase in COVID-19 infection in Malaysia . On 11 June 2021, it was announced that the FMCO is extended for another 2 weeks from 15 June to 28 June 2021.

In light of uncertainty over the current COVID-19 pandemic as well as the FMCO in Malaysia, the Board of Directors of BTM wishes to announce that the 27th AGM of the Company will be postponed to a later date to be determined and announced in due course.

The Company also wishes to announce that the Companies Commission of Malaysia (" CCM") has approved the Company's application of time to hold its 27th AGM (" Postponed 27th AGM ") and lodge its audited financial statements for financial year ended 31 December 2020 and Dirctors' and Auditors' Report thereon for a period of ninety (90) days from their original expiry dates in accordance with Section 340 (4) and Section 259 (2) of the Companies Act 2016.

In view of the extension of time granted by the CCM , the Company has to hold its Postponed 27th AGM latest by 28 September 2021.

The Board will continue to monitor the development  of COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia and will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold the Postponed 27th AGM of the Company in due course
