We refer to the announcement dated 21 April 2021 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Proposed Hypercold Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those given to them in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to announce that the Proposed Hypercold Acquisition has been completed on 16 June 2021 following the fulfilment of conditions precedent and payment of the Balance Purchase Consideration to the Vendors in accordance with the terms of the SSA dated 21 April 2021.
