We refer to DMB's announcements dated 2 November 2020, 8 January 2021, 27 January 2021 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 11 January 2021 in relation to the Disposal (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular. The Board wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed following the full settlement of the balance of the Disposal Consideration by WESB in accordance with the terms of the SPA.
