We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 60,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PMETAL by way of market making. The PMETAL-C56 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The PMETAL-C56 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020. The PMETAL-C56 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2020 and First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 June 2021.
The salient terms of the PMETAL-C56 are set out in the attachment.
