We refer to the previous announcements dated 15 June 2020, 19 June 2020, 26 June 2020 and 29 December 2020 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 3 July 2020 in relation to the ESOS. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements, the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS has been fixed on 18 June 2021, being the date of full compliance of the ESOS.
