On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board has, on 21 June 2021, fixed the issue price for the Private Placement of 272,667,000 Placement Shares at RM0.4750 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.4750 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0473 or approximately 9.06% to the 5-day VWAMP of JRB Shares up to and including 18 June 2021 of RM0.5223 per JRB Share.
