We refer to the announcement made by TOPGLOV dated 9 June 2021 and RHBIB dated 10 June 2021 pursuant to a special single tier third interim dividend of 5.30 sen per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with Condition 2 – Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 21 October 2020, no adjustments will be made to TOPGLOV-C1O pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of TOPGLOV-C1O.
