We refer to the announcement made on 22 February 2021 in relation to the Information Memorandum of NovelPlus Technology Berhad ("NTB") dated 18 February 2021. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Information Memorandum shall apply herein.

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is an issue of new shares by way of placement / excluded issue within the meaning of Section 230 of the CMSA in conjunction with the listing of NTB on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate the implementation procedures.
