The Board of Directors of KAB wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KAB Energy Power Sdn Bhd ("KABEP") had on 23 June 2021 entered into a Collaboration Agreement (“CA”) with Janakuasa Pte. Ltd. ("Janakuasa") to explore mutually beneficial opportunities to develop, invest, acquire or own power plants and/or other related energy generation businesses in Vietnam.
