Reference is made to the announcement on 28 May 2021 relating to the convening of the 14th AGM to be held at TFP Experience Center, Ground Floor, Wisma LMS, No. 6, Jalan Abd Rahman Idris, Off Jalan Raja Muda Aziz, 50300 Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 29 June 2021 at 2.00 p.m.

On 11 June 2021, the Prime Minister's Office announced the extension of the full movement control order in Malaysia for another fourteen (14) days commencing 15 June 2021 until 28 June 2021 to curb the sharp increase in COVID-19 infection and the emergence of several new variants which are more lethal and have a higher rate of infectivity.

In support of the Government’s initiatives to ease the economic pressures arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) has invoked its authority to, among others, grant an extension of time (“EOT”) for a period of 90 days for the affected companies with financial year ending beginning 1 November 2020 until 31 January 2021 (“the Affected Companies”) to hold annual general meeting in accordance with the powers under Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 (“the Act”) and lodge the audited financial statements and reports in accordance with the powers under Section 259(2) of the Act. The Affected Companies may lodge an application for an EOT with the CCM (“EOT Application”). The EOT Application is deemed to be approved by the CCM upon submission.

As part of the safety measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, the Company had on 23 June 2021 submitted an EOT Application to the CCM.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors of TFP wishes to inform that the 14th AGM shall be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course.

Shareholders are reminded to check the Company’s website and announcements of the Company from time to time for any changes to the arrangement or mode of holding the 14th AGM of the Company.
