The Board of Directors of Magni is pleased to declare a 4th single tier interim dividend of 2.8 Sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2021 (Q4-FYR 2020 : Interim 1.5 Sen per ordinary share).
The rate of the declared interim dividend for Q4-FYR 2021 is higher by 1.3 Sen per ordinary share versus that of Q4-FYR 2020 mainly due to higher profit attributable to shareholders of the Company for the current quarter.
