Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 December 2020, 8 January 2021, 15 January 2021 and 18 June 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 23 June 2021, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 31 December 2021 to implement the Private Placement subject to PHB procuring shareholders' mandate for the Private Placement at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
