On behalf of TFP, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 24 June 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the remaining 20,674,100 Placement Shares at RM0.13 each (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price of RM0.13 is at a discount of RM0.014 or 9.72% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of TFP Shares up to and including 23 June 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.144 per TFP Share.
