DEALINGS IN THE SECURITIES OF 7-ELEVEN MALAYSIA HOLDINGS BERHAD ("SEM" OR "THE COMPANY") OUTSIDE CLOSED PERIOD

The Company has received a notification on 24 June 2021 pursuant to Paragraph 14.09(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun ("TSVT"), a director of a major subsidiary of the Company, on dealing in the securities of the Company outside the closed period by Berjaya Infrastructure Sdn Bhd of which TSVT is deemed interested by virtue of Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016, as shown in the table below:
