We refer to the announcement made on 30 April 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
Pursuant to Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements, the Company is required to submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposals to Bursa Securities no later than 2 months from the date of the announcement, i.e. by 30 June 2021.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Optimax, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date to seek for an extension of time of up to 31 August 2021 to submit the draft circular to Bursa Securities.
Further announcement will be made upon receipt of the decision from Bursa Securities.
