We refer to the announcements made on 22 February 2021, 17 March 2021, 23 March 2021, 5 May 2021 and 4 June 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”) and the circular to shareholders of SCB dated 10 June 2021 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of SCB, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board has on 25 June 2021 fixed the issue price for the 63,410,000 Subscription Shares to Petra Transit Systems Sdn Bhd. at RM0.3559 each (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price of the Subscription Shares represents the 5-day volume weighted average market price of SCB Shares up to and including 24 June 2021 of RM0.3559 per SCB Share.
