The Board of Directors of G3 Global Berhad ("G3" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company have at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting (“19th AGM”) of the Company held on 25 June 2021 approved the re-appointment of Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company at a remuneration to be fixed by the Directors.
