On behalf of the Board of Teck Guan Perdana, we refer to the Company's announcement on 31 May 2021 in relation to the Notice of 27th AGM of the Company to be held at Xocolatt Hall, Ground Floor, Hotel Emas, Jalan Utara, 91000 Tawau, Sabah, on 29 June 2021 at 9.00 am and the announcement made by the Government of Malaysia on 27 June 2021 in relation to the extension of Full Movement Control Order ("FMCO"), now known as Phase One of the National Recovery Plan (PPN) from 29 June 2021 until further notice nationwide to curb the spread of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 ("COVID-19").

Please be informed that the Company's 27th AGM has been postponed to a later date to be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board will make the necessary announcement(s) on the re-scheduled 27th AGM of the Company in due course.

If necessary, the Company will apply to the Registrar of Companies for the extension of time pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 to hold the Company's 27th AGM.
