The Board of Directors of Apollo wishes to announce that the Board had on 28 June 2021 recommended a single tier final dividend of 25 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 April 2021 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be made payable on 12 January 2022 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 15 December 2021.
