For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements dated 14 April 2021 and 15 April 2021 in respect of the Shah Alam High Court Suit No BA-22NCVC-512-12/2020 Attractive Venture (KL) Sdn Bhd vs SJRMS Solution Sdn Bhd.

The Company wishes to inform that the matter is now proceeding in the Shah Alam High Court and the next Case Management is scheduled on 12 July 2021.

Based on the views of and assessments made so far by the relevant Solicitors, the Board of Directors of the Company have been advised by the relevant Solicitors that the claim made in the above Suit against AVKL by SJRMS is weak, and therefore unlikely to succeed.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development or upon receipt of any further directions from the Shah Alam High Court.
