The Board of Directors of Toyo Ventures Holdings Berhad ("TVHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the following four (4) dormant wholly-owned subsidiary companies of TVHB (“the Subsidiaries”) had at their respective Extraordinary General Meetings which was held via fully virtual meeting on 30 June 2021 obtained approval of its shareholders to commence a members’ voluntary winding-up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016:

4) Toyo Energy Sdn. Bhd. [Company Registration No. 199001000491 (192049-M)]
