We refer to our announcement dated 20 December 2019 whereby KIBB and one (1) other party were served with a sealed Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by Opes Capital Berhad (“the Plaintiff”) on 18 December 2019.
Pursuant to the discontinuance of the Suit on 30 June 2021 by the Plaintiff against both defendants, the claim against KIBB was therefore struck off by the Court without liberty to file afresh and with costs of RM12,000 to be paid to KIBB by the Plaintiff.
This announcement is dated 1 July 2021.
