Reference is made to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of MHB on 2 March 2020 and implemented on 6 March 2020.
Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MHB wishes to announce the details of the offer of shares options to the eligible Director of MHB.
The details of the Offer are as per attached.
