The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Disposal.
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 December 2020, 29 January 2021, 26 February 2021, 12 March 2021, 31 March 2021, 21 April 2021, 17 May 2021, 11 June 2021 and 18 June 2021.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Johan ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOB Kay Hian") is pleased to announce that JIPL had agreed to grant the Purchaser a further extension of time up to 9 July 2021, to fulfill its conditions precedents. The Closing Date is accordingly extended to 9 July 2021, or such other date as may be notified in writing by JIPL to the Purchaser.
Save for the above, all other terms in the SPA shall remain unchanged and in full force, and continue to take effect and be binding on the Parties to the SPA.
