  - Offer of Options under the Employee Share Option Scheme ("ESOS")

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Elsoft Research Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has on 5 July 2021 offered the following options to its employees under the ESOS in accordance with the ESOS by-laws of the Company:-

(a) Option price per Share is RM0.64.

(b) Number of Options offered are 4,000,000 Shares.

(c) Market price of Elsoft’s Shares at the close of the market on the Offer Date is RM0.73.

(d) Number of Options offered to each Director and the persons connected with them are as follows:-
