The Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad (the Company) wishes to announce the followings:
(i) an interim single tier dividend of 0.75 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2021 has been declared payable on 2 September 2021 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 3 August 2021.
(ii) proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Share Buy-Back by way of an ordinary resolution at the forthcoming AGM of the Company to be convened at a later date. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securites Berhad, the existing authority for purchase of own shares shall lapse at the conslusion of the forthcoming AGM, unless the renewal is obtained.
(iii) proposed to seek renewal of shareholders' mandate for the Recurrent Related Party Transaction (RRPT) from the shareholders at the AGM to be convened at a later date.
A Statement/Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Share Buy-Back and RRPT is currently being prepared and will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
