Further to the Company’s announcements dated 4 May 2021 and 7 May 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition, the Company wishes to announce that Nova Century and the Vendor had agreed for the CP Period be extended until the relevant government authorities involved in processing and providing the relevant consents are fully operational and upon expiry of the Movement Control Order or Enhanced Movement Control Order.
