Reference is made to K. SENG SENG CORPORATION BERHAD’s (“KSSC” or “the Company”) announcements dated 23 September 2020, 18 January 2021, 26 January 2021, 3 March 2021, 27 April 2021 and 14 June 2021 in relation to the above Suit. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has received a notice of discontinuance dated 6 July 2021 whereby the Plaintiff has discontinued the legal suits against KSG Engineering Sdn Bhd (“KSG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of the Company and Mr Tsen Ket Shung @ Kon Shung, a director of the Company and also a director of KSG, with no liberty to file afresh.
