(The abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 27 May 2021 (“1st Announcement”), where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Further to the 1st Announcement, the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 July 2021, entered into a letter of extension with Binastra Construction to extend the cut-off date of the Agreement to Award to enable the Company to obtain or fulfil the outstanding conditions precedent in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement to Award.

Accordingly, the cut-off date of the Agreement to Award will be extended for a period of thirty (30) days, commencing from 27 June 2021 until 26 July 2021.
