The Board of Directors ("Board") of CRB is pleased to announce that pursuant to Clause 21 of the By-Laws of the ESOS, the Board, upon recommendation of the Option Committee, has approved an extension of the duration of the ESOS, which will be expiring on 18 October 2021, for a period from 19 October 2021 to 30 June 2022.
The ESOS extension is not subject to any approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission Malaysia and the shareholders of the Company.
The Company will serve the notice on extension to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
